We produce a quality Classic Jus available as a ready to use fresh product that is welcomed by the hospitality industry and aspiring home chefs and foodies.

The Jus Company’s Classic Jus not only saves you preparation time including ingredient sourcing, ordering, buying, chopping, and then the meticulous art of simmering and reduction. Our product does not compromise on nutrition being both healthy and exceedingly decadent.

No preservatives, artificial colourings, flavourings or thickeners are used in the Jus Company’s Classic Jus and it’s Gluten Free.

About The Jus Company.

Our team and operations are based in Southern Sydney, Australia. We operate and produce our Classic Jus seven days a week.

Jamie Harrison, Managing Director and Founder of The Jus Company has 22 years experience as a chef in Europe and Australia from Michelin star restaurants to five-star London hotels. Learning everything the classic way with no shortcuts. Jamie owned and operated two award winning restaurants of his own before the age of 30. After arriving in Australia in 2001, Jamie conceived the idea for The Jus Company after experiencing his own challenges trying to reproduce a traditionally made Jus in a physically small kitchens that were designed for speed of service, cost-effective material and wages preparation.

Small Kitchen? no preparation area? you need to talk to The Jus Company about the benefits of our Fresh Ready Made JusWe are contracted to produce our product sold in bulk for select restaurants, food service caterers and gastro pubs in Sydney in a discreet and confidential arrangement. This is because we make a product know one really wants to admit to buying due to the expectation they should be making their own but don’t have the time, preparation, stovetop space nor can they get a product of the rich quality we achieve in our dedicated commercial kitchen.
